From the Denver International Airport: Take I-70 west to the Avon Exit number 167. Turn left proceeding underneath the freeway. Continue south to the traffic circle with the large bronze horses in the center. Turn right onto West Beaver Creek Blvd. Proceed two city blocks until you see the Beaver Creek West Condominiums sign on the left. Turn left. Our office is located 50 yards ahead on the left hand side. From the Eagle/Vail Airport: Take I-70 east approximately 25 miles to exit 167. Turn right. Then follow the same directions as above.

Our on-site meeting room facility is ideal for groups up to 100 people. It is 28* x 30* for a total of 840 square feet. We can accommodate seating for 90 theatre style, 50 in classroom style, 60 in banquet style and 100 in a stand-up reception. The room works great for welcome parties, group dinners, family reunions, weddings, ski groups, corporate meetings, seminars and more.
