Located at the elbow of Cape Code, Chatham is reached by:* Route 6 East to exit 11 (Route 137). * Turn left onto Route 137 and travel approximately 3 miles to the intersection of Route 28. * Turn left onto Route 28 South and proceed approximately 3 miles, going through the traffic circle, to the end of Main Street. * Turn left onto Shore Road. * The Inn is a half a mile down Shore Road on your left.
Chatham Bars Inn, with its own private beach, is located 1/4 mile walk to Main Street Chatham, a charming village on the coast of Cape Cod. Ninety minute drive from Boston and thirty minues from Hyannis, the Hub of Cape Cod.

The elegant Main Dining Room offers Breakfast and Dinner, as well as a Sunday Night Grand Buffet. Sample a menu of Appetizers such as Our Own Corn Crab Cakes and Scotch Smoked Salmon, Soups ranging from Cape Cod Clam Chowder to the Chef's Creation of the Day, and Entrees including Chatham Lobster, Roast Fresh Duckling a la Bigarade and Broiled Black Angus Filet Mignon.
The Tavern

Hand carved mahogany paneled walls, unique brass chandeliers, and magnificent drapes add warmth and elegance. Along with its luxuriously appointed main conference room, Monomoy offers a private executive boardroom richly appointed in maple wainscoting, leather chairs and an elliptical granite table. Pool
Experience our new swimming pool, Kiddie Pool and Jacuzzi, all located beachside. The Main Pool has a gradual, sloping entrance, allowing for one third of the pool to be less than three feet deep, one third three to five feet deep and one third five to eight feet deep. The pool offers an assortment of interactive water features to provide hours of fun and activity for all ages. For the comfort and enjoyment of our adult guests, there are two bubble benches in the deeper waters and designated Olympic-length lanes for lap swimming. The pool is also equipped with Bose underwater speakers.
Tennis
Chatham Bars Inn is proud to have the first Classic Clay tennis courts in the United States. Manufactured in Australia by the leader in world quality synthetic grass, this high performance surface was chosen for the Australian Champions Tournament and is highly endorsed by John McEnroe. The French clay color grass is supplemented with a clean dry mineral infill which provides a more stable playing surface as well as the "slide" of a real clay court.* Three all weather courts are available * Reservations are highly recommended. * Lessons * Matches * Tennis apparel and rental racquets are available at our Pro Shop.
Boating
Shuttle service is available daily, weather permitting, to and from North Beach. Harbor tours and twilight cruises are also available. Check with the Concierge for other boating activities.
Beach
We have a quarter-mile of private, scenic beach. We are proud to offer the ultimate in luxury on the beach, the new Strandkorbs, commonly known as cabanas. They offer comfort, privacy and shelter from the sun or wind. Beach chairs, chaise lounges and umbrellas are also available.
